Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy for all products (except Jowar & Ragi Dosa/Idli Batter)

  1. FREE shipping is available on all orders worth Rs. 699/- and above. A shipping charge of Rs. 50/- will be applicable on all orders worth below Rs. 699/-. 
  2. For orders with cash on delivery (COD) payment, an additional charge of Rs. 50/- will be applicable irrespective of the order value.
  3. Shipping coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by Native Roots' channel partner.

Shipping Policy for Jowar & Ragi Dosa/Idli Batter

  1. Since Jowar & Ragi Dosa/Idli Batter is a refrigerated product, its delivery is limited to Delhi and Gurgaon. 
  2. If Jowar & Ragi Dosa/Idli Batter is included in an order, the order for the Batter shall be treated as a separate order. A shipping charge between Rs. 50/-  to Rs. 100/-  will be applicable on the order for the Batter, depending upon the delivery location.
  3. The shipping charges for Jowar & Ragi Dosa/Idli Batter will be levied irrespective of other items in the order or the total order value.

Return Policy

  1. Event where an incorrect product has been delivered. 
  2. Returns shall be accepted only in the following conditions:
    1. An incorrect item has been delivered;
    2. Return has been requested within 2 days of receiving the order by writing to us at team@foodshaala.org ;
    3. The product packet is sealed and unopened, the product is unused, and the packaging is intact and untempered; and
    4. Our customer support team has validated that the product received is different from the product order, through communication over e-mail or phone.
  3. If a return is approved, a return pick up shall be initiated and the correct product shall be delivered. 
  4. In case the product to be returned came with any free items, such free items must also be returned along with the product.
  5. No refund shall be provided.

Exchange Policy

  1. While due care is taken to ensure customers receive the products in the right condition, product may be exchanged in case of any defect or damage. 
  2. Exchanges shall be accepted only in the following conditions:
    1. There is a tangible defect or damage in the product, as delivered to the customer;
    2. Return has been requested within 15 days of receiving the order by writing to us at team@foodshaala.org ;
    3. Our customer support team has validated that there is a defect/damage, through communication over e-mail or phone.
  3. If an exchange is approved, shipment of replacement product shall be initiated. Return pickup may also be initiated. 
  4. No refund shall be provided.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders may be canceled and fully refunded only before the shipment has been dispatched. 
  2. Cancellation requests received within 24 hours of placing the order are normally processed, but if the order has already been shipped it cannot be canceled. 
  3. Cancellation requests may be sent at team@foodshaala.org .
  4. Refund for canceled orders shall be processed to the original mode of payment within 10-15 working days.
